Waxing the City prides it self on high quality service, which includes on time appointment and providing efficient, one on one sessions and proper clean up time. As timing is everything, arriving to early or to late for your appointment, will infringe upon on other clients appointments.

At Waxing the City everyone's time is highly taken into account. Our best is done to be prompt with every appointment. Taking into account that traffic in Amsterdam city center can sometimes delay your plans. Please, know that if you arrive 5 minutes past your appointment start time, it may have effect on your treatment or you may be asked to reschedule the appointment and charged the late cancellation/ no show fee.

As you surely can understand that it is not fair to keep a client, who arrived in time, waiting because we are late helping a client who arrived late.
